We ask that this fall, you partner with Wabanna in prayer for the following things:
-Pray that the children who attended camp in the summer of 2007 will remember Jesus' love for them..
-Pray for all the conference/retreat groups spending time on the Wabanna property this fall.
-Pray for the transition of our new part-time staff - praise that the Lord has faithfully provided!
- Donation of Needed Items
Wabanna continuously accepts donations of items that may be of use to our ministry. To make a donation, contact the camp office at 410-798-0455. Our current needs are as follows:
Old magazines and children's books
White exterior paint
Lamps
Rocking chairs/deck furniture
Fitness/Sporting Equipment
Decorative servingware
Playground equipment
Craft supplies-scissors, glue, paper, tempera paint, watercolors, paint brushes, yarn/string/twine, paper, glitter, etc.
- Annual Fund Donations
To keep our property and our programs running at their very best, we rely heavily on your kind donations. It is amazing to see how many individuals contribute to this ministry simply by assisting financially and donating needed programming equipment. From new power boats and life jackets for our waterfront, to new mattresses and curtains for the bunks, the help of our donors has greatly contributed to the quality experiences our campers continue to have. Please consider donating to our annual fund. Your dollars can help up maintain, improve, and upgrade our facility and programs to make every child's visit unforgettable.

- Good Samaritan Scholarship Program
Since 1941, Wabanna has been determined to love and reach kids from all walks of life through an enjoyable, positive, and Christ-centered summer camp experience. It has always been a priority to help families who can't affod this experience. The aim of our Good Samaritan Scholarship Program is three-fold. Our first goal is to target needy children and families within communities, through the help of our Good Samaritan References. Secondly, we aim to present Wabanna as a positive resource and confirm the attendance of the child/children with little or no cost to the family. Third, we enlist the help of individuals, groups, and/or corporations who will sponsor that cost for the child/children to attend camp. Please prayerfully consider giving to the Good Samaritan Scholarship Program so our ministry can continue to reach these children! Partial sponsorship or complete sponsorship will make a difference in the life of a child! Please help us to change the world, one child at a time.
