L.I.T. Program
Over the last 13 years, our Leader in Training Program has equipped teenagers between the ages of 15 and 17 to become consistent followers of Christ and effective leaders of society. For the first half of each day, participants of the program will experience hands-on leadership training through the assistance and mentorship of campers from our junior and day camp programs (ages 4-10). Group discussion and reflection, Bible studies, leadership seminars, teambuilding activities, and group events make-up the remainder of each day, allowing participants the opportunity to fully reflect upon and consider their leadership experiences. Additionally, participants will take a supervised fieldtrip to Helping Up Mission, a spiritual rehabilitation center for men with drug and alcohol addictions located in downtown Baltimore. While at HUM, participants will continue practicing servant leadership through two hours of volunteer work and subsequent discussion time with pastoral staff.
The price for Summer 2012:
1 week sessions = $225

Due to the rigor of the L.I.T program, a separate application process is conducted. In order to be accepted, applicants must be interviewed by a member of our management staff.
