Join us THIS SUNDAY for our Community Open House from 1-4pm. Take a tour of our program with a member of our staff, fly on the zip line, take a “leap of faith”, climb to the top of the rock wall and grab your favorite snack from snack shop— all in one afternoon! This event is for the whole family and will happen rain or shine! ☔️☀️ (Though, activities will be weather permitting.) No need to RSVP, we’ll see you there!

We have met with the Circuitree Team (our online registration host) multiple times and believe that they have rectified their “script error” that caused yesterday’s registration failure. We sincerely apologize for the turmoil that this error has caused our families...like you, we desire for this process to be as simple as possible and we will not stop working toward that goal!
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused today by Circuitree (our online camper registration host). We have had our initial meeting with Circuitree’s leadership to discuss today’s failure and will announce a new date and time for overnight camp registration once we are confident that the issue has been completely addressed. We know you took time out of your busy schedule to plan for today’s registration and we understand the added frustration this has caused. Thank you for your patience!

Save the Date for our camper Spring Retreat beginning Friday evening April 11th through Saturday April 12th. Campers ages 6-15 come for an overnight of camp activities with our staff— bonfires, chapel, group games, high elements and more. Registration for the Spring Retreat opens at 10am on March 4th. Dear Wabanna Families,
As is the case with the conclusion of every summer, our staff spends a considerable amount of time evaluating our program and responding to any areas that we feel can be improved. Much of our response this fall centers around the growing reality of the high demand for our program and our desire to accommodate as many families as possible while making their registration process as simple as can be. We acknowledge that our previous online registration provider was unable to accommodate the high volume of camper registrations they assured us that they could. We also understand the discouragement that resulted from this failure. Last year’s online registration attempts tell us that demand for this summer camp program is more than 3X what we can hold, and while we are already at maximum capacity as a camp, we don’t want to “overfill” our program and compromise the quality of your child’s summer camp experience. In light of all of this, our changes for 2025 seek to meet the goals of:
- Exposing as many campers as possible to our gospel-focused program.
- Making the registration process as smooth as possible for our parents.
- Continuing to enrich the program that your children already know and love.
