Beautiful Views and Waterfront Fun

Thank you for considering Camp Wabanna for your next event! Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable and convenient place for you to host your next event. Camp Wabanna can be reserved by churches, schools and organizations throughout the year, except during the months of June, July and the first part of August, as we are running our summer camp program during that time.

Please note, at this time, we are not available to rent for weddings, reunions, showers, birthday parties or other personal events.

General Information

Making Reservations for Your Group

Groups looking to book an event for 101+ guests may book up to 2 years in advance.  Groups looking to book an event for 20 – 100 guests can book up to 1 year in advance. That means that on the first of each month, the month in the following year will be available to book.  


In order to reserve a date and space, the group representative would just need to provide some basic information and a contract will be emailed to them.  Once the contract is issued, the space and dates are held for 30 days.  Within those 30 days, the contract and non-refundable deposit (25% of the estimated total) would need to be returned.  If not returned within 30 days, we just reopen the dates to other groups.

Group Size Requirements

For weekend retreats, our minimum rental requirement is that groups stay for at least 1 night and 3 meals and pay for at least 20 guests.  If it is less than 2 months prior to a groups desired date and there is availability, groups may book a one-day-only event on a Friday or Saturday. For Monday – Thursday rentals, there is a 20-person minimum but groups can stay anywhere from just a few hours to the whole week.

Lodging Information

Wabanna can sleep up to 200 guests total, in four different overnight spaces. The West Dorm, Rhode Dorm and Owen Farmhouse each sleep 48 guests, and the Emmans Lodge can sleep up to 56 guests.  Each building is set up to be able to house both male and females if needed, divided either by separate floors or by an intersecting lobby.  To view photos and learn more details about each building, see our Loding & Accommodations page.

Spaces for Groups of All Sizes

We have 4 different meeting rooms, the Chapel, The West Meeting Room, the Rhode Meeting Room, and the Rec Hall.  Groups booking for 1 – 30 guests will be assigned the West or Rhode Meeting Room.  Groups 31 – 45 guests will be assigned the Rec Hall as their meeting room, and groups booking for more than 45 will be assigned the Chapel.  


If the meeting room that would normally be assigned to a group is unavailable, an alternate meeting space will be given. If it is two weeks prior to the event and a larger meeting space is available, groups can upgrade for a fee.


Our Dining Hall can seat up to 144 and with some added chairs and tables can grow up to 160.  If a group is larger than that, or a meal has multiple groups that exceed that size, varying meal shifts will be designated. Reserving the Entire Property

To reserve exclusive usage of the property, groups must either guarantee at least 100 guests for a 2 night/ 4 or 5 meals stay, or 120 guests for a 1 night/ 3 meals stay.

What's Included

We offer inclusive, per person pricing. It is based on the number of nights and meals you’d be having with us as well as which overnight space(s) you choose. That price includes one meeting space as well, and there is no additional tax as we are a tax exempt organization.

  • Do you have a chaperone policy?

    For groups bringing minors, we do have chaperone requirements. Please read through our Chaperone Policy and distribute it to those who have volunteered to chaperone so they understand the expectations.

  • Do you have a stage and sound system for music and speakers?

    Yes we do. Our Chapel and Rec Hall are both equipped for worship, music and speakers with sound systems and microphones. To learn more and view photos, click here.
